Korean Soft Tofu Stew

Ci Lily invited Max and I to have lunch at her place about two weeks ago. She said she cooked Nasi Kuning (Yellow Rice). Turned out not only she cooked Nasi Kuning, she also cooked Ayam Goreng Kalasan, Sambel Goreng Labu Siam, Pepes Ikan, Telur Dadar & Kering Kentang. Just fyi, she has 3 kids! Yet she still can cook that many. I usually cook only 1 or 2 meals the most in one day.

No wonder in Titus 2:3-5, Paul told the younger women to learn from the older women.
Coming back from Ci Lily's place, I'm inspired to cook more and become a better cook. In addition, inspired by the pioneer woman, I try to take picture of the cooking process as long as time & my little "boss" allowed. So, with that said, here is my first documented cooking experiment:

Last week, my friend Marina shared the very tempting picture of a Korean Soft Tofu Stew/ Soondubu Jjigae that she cooked. She also shared the website, where she got the recipe from so I decided to give it a try:

The End Result

I modified the recipe a bit by adding cabbage, blow up the portion, and add the hot pepper flake at the end since Max can't eat hot stuff. Hubby said it was one of the best soup that he ever eat. He even said it taste better than the restaurant's. It's fairly easy to cook too so give it a try!
