Chris and the kids are going to our church picnic today while I am at home, taking my own personal Sabbath. I need this quiet moment with Him when I pour out my heart and listen to His Words and be filled.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
"If we have died with Him, we will also live with Him;
if we endure, we will also reign with him;
if we deny Him, He also will deny us;
if we are faithless, he remains faithful for He cannot deny Himself."
2 Timothy 2:13
So I replied with this song, " I need Thee, O... I need Thee. Every hour I need Thee. O... bless me now my Savior. I come to Thee."
