Max's Favorite Spaghetti Meatballs


Spaghetti Meatballs 
Ingredients:
1 box spaghetti - cooked according to package directions
2 tbs olive oil
1 small (or 1/2 big) yellow onion - chopped
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbs Sun Dried Tomatoes - sliced thin
1 bottle pasta sauce
  1 pack regular mushroom
2 sticks of celery
1/2 can chicken broth
  2 ts (or more as preferred) sugar
salt & pepper
4 ounces of shreded cheese  +/- 20 Meatballs: I use the Chef Bruce Aidells Chicken Teriyaki & Pineapple Meatballs from Costco  Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method:
Heat the olive oil, add the onion saute 'till translucent. Put in the garlic, mushroom, chicken broth, sun dried tomatoes, celery, and pasta sauce - cook 'till boiled. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese when you're ready to eat.
