Hainan Chicken


Max loves this dish. It's very quick and easy to make. Give it a try!













Hainan Chicken
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 whole small chicken - cut into pieces - I save the back bone parts for soup
1 inch ginger- slices thin
4 cloves of garlic - minced
about 1/3 cup of water
1 tbs of Kee's Hainanese Chicken Rice Mix - found at Asian Supermarket
Salt & pepper - as preferred

Direction:
Mix things together then steam for about 20 minutes or 'till cooked

    itu maksudnya bumbunya semua di satuin trus di mix with the chicken ya... terus gmn lagi?? is it just for the chicken or the rice jga???

  3. It's for the chicken, Rinoy. Yup just put everything together then steam 'till cook.

    For the rice just use instant hainanese mix + couple of minced garlic gitu biar wangi. :)
