Roti Boy

Thanks to Bertha for sharing one Roti Boy with me and Yos-ta for the inspiration.
We've been making this bread a few times and it always gone by 2nd day.

The recipes to make about 10 buns of Roti Boy:

For the bun, I used the same bun recipes as the previous bread.

The butter Filling:

1/2 cup butter softened at room temperature
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 ts vanila

Method for filling:
Beat butter in the mixer on medium speed with paddle attachment for about three minutes
Add in vanilla essence and honey. Then mix again. Spoon mixture into bowl and refrigerated until firm. Divide mixture into 15 g portion mold into ball. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Toping:

50g butter - softened at room temperature
40g sugar
1 egg
1 ts coffee flavoring or 2 ts instant coffee powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
50g all-purpose flour

Method for topping:
Beat butter and icing sugar in electric mixer with paddle attachment on medium speed for five minute until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the egg
Mix in coffee flavoring.
Sift flour onto the mixture and mix on low speed until combined.
Put the mixture into a ziplock and pipe it in a spiral pattern on the buns.

Then bake in the oven @ 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes

Let's eat!
