Baby Food: Pumpkin and Apple Puree

We got free pumpkin from church couple weeks ago.

Turned out I wasn't the only one who was excited getting a free pumpkin:

I made pumpkin puree for Wesley with 1/4 of the pumpkin. The rest of the pumpkin was cut into small cubes and put inside the freezer waiting to be turned into something.

Chris helped me butchering the pumpkin:








Pumpkin & Apple Puree:
Ingredients:
4 cups of pumpkin - peeled, took out the seed, and cut into small cubes
1 apple - peeled, took out the seed, and cut into small cubes

Methods:
Put the pumpkin on a plate then steam for 10 minutes. Add the apple onto the plate then steam for another 10 minutes or 'till the pumpkin is tender.
Blend them in the blender 'till smooth.
