Yummy Bulgogi

We've been cooking this ever since my talented cook neighbor posted the recipe here. It's super good. The whole family including Didi loves it. We use sliced Kobe beef from Japanese Supermarket so the meat is soft enough for him to chew. Thanks for sharing, Na!

Yummy Bulgogi
Adapted from Myrna's Recipe
1/2 lb thin flank steak {I bought them from Japanese supermarket}
2 Tb soy sauce
1 ts sugar
1 stalk green onion, chopped
1 Tb minced garlic
1 Tb sesame seeds
1 Tb sesame oil
2 teaspoons mirin
1.5 tablespoon oyster sauce
 salt and pepper

Marinade the beef with all above ingredients overnight.
Heat the pan then cook the marinated beef until well done.
