Kalbi BBQ Beef Recipe

This is our favorite dish for BBQ. Well, this and Teriyaki Chicken, Lemongrass Chicken, and Satay.  
All we need to do is marinade the beef with the sauce for about 4 hours



Then grill until done. We often cook this and Teriyaki Chicken during BBQ party or camping

Kalbi BBQ Beef Recipe

Cook time:

Ingredients:
2 pounds of Korean-style beef short ribs {can be found at Asian market}
Kalbi marinade BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Place the beef into a large a Zip-Lock bag. 
Add the Kalbi marinade, press the excess air out, and seal the bag. 
Turn the bag over several times so the beef is evenly coated. 
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight {or put it in the freezer if you are not going to cook it within a day}
Grill in gas or charcoal grill or cook in the skillet grill pan until desired done-ness.
Serve whole pieces or cut into smaller pieces.
