Max's Cap Jay

I have some left over bok choy & mushroom on the fridge so I decided to cook them up with some other things. Turned out Max loveee it. He ate almost as much as mommy.



Max's Cap Jay
Ingredients:
4 tbs oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs minced red onion
5-10 shiitake mushroom (I used the fresh one)
5-10 shrimp
5 meatball
1/2 cup ground pork
1 carrot - slices thin
4 heads bok choy - slices, separate the white stems and the dark green
1 egg - beaten
1 tbs corn starch mixed with 2 tbs cold water

Sauce:
1/2 can chicken broth
1 glass water
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 ts fish sauce
1 tbs cooking wine
salt + pepper

Method:
Heat the oil, add onion follows by garlic. Put in ground pork, carrot, meat ball, mushroom, &
Add the sauce, chicken broth & water, wait until boil.
Add the white stem, wait until soften a little bit, add the green part + shrimp
Put in the egg & corn starch mixed, continue stirring 'till everything is cooked.
