Spam Musubi

Fenny and Marlene made this for our church's after service snacks. It taste so goooooodddd and it's super easy to make. I got some spam on the pantry one day so I decided to make this unhealthy but yummy snack for dinner.

The original recipe cut and pasted from Fenny's Facebook: "spam nya kasi oyster sauce, soy sauce ama gula terus di pan fried, nasi nya pk nasi jepang kasi rice vinegar dikit, udah terus dicetakn dibungkus ama seaweed"

Spam Musubi
Translation:
- 1 can of Spam - stir fried with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a little bit of sugar
- Japanese Rice ( I didn't have one so I just use regular rice) + rice vinegar
I had some left over stuff from making sushi so I mix them with the rice as well: aji mirin: sweet cooking rice wine, rice seasoning, and teriyaki bonito (got them from Mitsuwa - Japanese - Supermarket)
- Seaweed/ nori sheets
Then assemble them together

The assembling process: cover the seaweed/ nori sheet with rice then put the spam on the top

Then wrap the sheet around the rice

That's it! It's ready to be eaten

Thanks for the inspiration Fenny & Marlene!
