Raspberry Jam

Max loves to eat bread with raspberry jam. On the past, we like to buy the jam from the Farmer Market because they claimed not using any preservative or addictive. One day I 'google' raspberry jam recipe and found out that it's super duper easy to make.

Raspberry Jam
2 cups on raspberry (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of sugar {more or less as prefer. The original recipe call for 2 cup but 1 cup is sweet enough for me}

I bought the organic raspberry at Costco.

1. Place raspberries in a sauce pan. Bring them to boil while constantly mashing berries with wooded spatula or potato masher.
2. Add the sugar, turn the heat to low, continue stirring the mixture until it form a gel, about 10 minutes or so
3. Pour into clean jars
4. Let the liquid cools before closing the jars
