Indonesian Fried Rice

Looking at this picture makes me drool and want cook this again:


The Ingredients:




Eat with fried shallot, shrimp cracker, and chili. Yummmm

Indonesian Fried Rice {just FYI this is my simplified version}
Printable Recipe
Ingredient:
1 Tb vegetable oil, 1 Tb butter 
2-3 Eggs - makes scramble egg, slice thin
Rice {enough for 4 people} chilled inside the refrigerator for about 4 hours
1 carrot cut into small squares
Some shrimp and sausage
Peas or other vegetables
Salt and pepper as preferred
Minced: 1 candle nut, 2-3 shallots (depends on how big), 3 cloves of garlic, ½ ts dried shrimp extract/ terasi
Sauce mixture: in a bowl, add 4 Tb sweet soy sauce,  
Oyster Sauce, Fish Sauce, Ketchup {about 1 Tb each}
Garnish with Fried Shallot, Shrimp Cracker, and/or Chili {optional}

Directions:
·         Heat the wok or pan over medium-high heat, add oil then butter
·         Add the minced ingredients. Stir in, carrot, sausage and the sauce mixture;
·         Add in the rice, lower the heat.
·         Stir until the sauce is blended with the rice.
·         Toss in the vegetables
·         Remove from heat then add scramble eggs on the top
·         Add garnish on the top
