Lasagna

The ingredients:
I didn't have ricotta cheese and fennel seeds in the kitchen so I skipped those two. I also replace the Italian sausage with meatballs.

Hmmm... smells so good :)

Lasagna adapted from here
Ingredients:
1/2 pound sausage or meatball - I used Chef Bruce Aidells Chicken Teriyaki & Pineapple Meatballs from Costco
1/2
pound ground pork
1/2 onion - minced
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tomatoes - cut into small pieces
1 jar of pasta/ spaghetti sauce
2 ts of sugar
1/2 ts dried basil leaves
1/2 ts Italian seasoning
salt and black pepper - as prefer
2 tbs chopped parsley
9 lasagna noodles
175 grams (use the rest of the package for spaghetti) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Direction:

a. Saute the onion, garlic, ground beef, onion, and meatball 'till browned. Add in the tomatoes, pasta sauce and the rest of the ingredients except the cheese then continue to simmer for about 30 minutes

b. Boil a pot of lightly salted water. Cook lasagna according to the package direction.

c. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (= 190 degree C)

d. Place 1/3 of the sauce at the bottom of the casserole dish, place 3 lasagnas on the top of it, then spread 1/3 of Parmesan & mozzarella cheese. Continue with the same step two more times. Then cover with the dish with aluminum foil.

e. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, then bake for another 15 minutes.

Enjoy!
