Stir Fried Spinach and Mushroom

The ingredients are the same as the Stir-Fried Snow Peas. The only difference is I replaced snow peas with spinach.

Slice the mushroom {use whatever you have. Portabella is my favorite}

Heat the pan, add the oil, stir-fry the onion and mushroom:

add the spinach at the end:

Stir Fried Spinach and Mushroom

1 bag of spinach - rinsed
1 big Portabella mushroom - sliced
3 cloves of garlic - minced
a few grape tomatoes {optional}
1 shallot - sliced
1 Tb oyster sauce
1 Tb soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce {optional - just because I like fish sauce}
a dash of pepper and sugar
2 Tb Vegetable Oil
1 Tb butter

Heat the pan then add the oil. When the oil is hot add the shallot/ onion, cook 'till they change color.
Add the garlic, butter, tomatoes and mushroom.
Continue stirring for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms are about half way done. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, and sugar. 
Finally, add the spinach, continue stirring for a few seconds until the spinach are wilted.
